Delivery policy:

We ship all UK, EU and international orders from our warehouse in the south of England. 

Delivery options are as follows:

UK
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) or EVRI -  £3.99 or FREE delivery on orders over £45

Highlands & Offshore UK.
For items being delivered to the Highlands and Offshore regions of the UK, we use Royal Mail 48hr tracked service, our postage charges are: Highlands & Offshore UK (Royal Mail 48 Tracked)

EU
Fully Tracked Standard Delivery (3 to 5 business days depending on destination) - Orders worth over €22 but below €150 may be taxed at the border and may possibly incur a customs handling fee in the receiving country, these charges will vary from country to country.

International
Fully Tracked Standard Delivery (5-10 business days depending on destination) - Delivery to all international locations is not guaranteed. Customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order to confirm availability. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our delivery destinations in the future.

Estimated delivery dates are provided, but Rouze Ltd does not guarantee delivery within these timeframes. Rouze Ltd will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery or fulfillment.
