Naturally Different
The difference between ceremonial grade cacao and regular cacao lies in the purity and simplicity of its preparation. While most cacao is roasted, conched, and sweetened to create familiar chocolate flavours, ceremonial grade cacaois kept raw and unprocessed.
After harvesting, the beans are fermented and dried naturally, then ground into a paste and moulded into solid blocks. With nothing added or removed, this pure cacao retains all its natural richness, nutrients, and essence.
