RETURN & REFUND

Return Policy:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or resell items. All purchases made through our online store are non-returnable, unless the product is defective. If you receive an incorrect item, please do not open it and contact us immediately.

We cannot accept returns for products that are not in their original, unopened condition.

While we strive to protect your items from temperature fluctuations or damage during transit, some issues may still occur. If you receive damaged goods, please take photos of the outer packaging and ask the delivery driver to note the damage on the proof of delivery. Alternatively, you can refuse the package, and it will be automatically returned to us. For any defective products, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Please do not return any products without first contacting us for confirmation.

Defective or Damaged Products: If your chocolates are defective, damaged, or contaminated, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable): Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or tampered products
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Incorrect orders or wrong delivery details

Due to varying personal preferences for chocolate, we do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are not to your taste.
